Allen will be dearly missed by his daughters Sue and Alyson, sons David and Richard, and all of his family and friends.
A private service will take place in the coming days.

Christmas 2024 I was drinking a fruit cider. Pa asked me what it was, I said “it’s a cider, would you like to try some”. He liked it because of his sweet tooth so I got him one. Not realising he thought I had said Soda. The shock on Allison’s face when she saw him sat there drinking alchohol for the first time in over a decade with a big grin on his face.
