Of Chippenham, peacefully passed away on the 16th April 2024, aged 64 years.
David will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.
A service to celebrate David's life will take place at West Wiltshire, Crematorium, Semington on Tuesday 14th May 2024 at 11.45am.
