Of Chippenham, sadly passed away on the 25th March 2024, aged 71 years.
Jackie will be dearly missed by her beloved husband Peter and all her family and many friends.
A service to celebrate Jackie's life will take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington, on Tuesday 7th May 2024 at 1.15pm.
