Of Chippenham, sadly passed away on the 5th September 2023, aged 46 years.
Emma will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Wednesday 27th September at 1.15pm.
Emma's wishes for those attending is to wear whatever they like (casual clothing).
