It's still sinking in now. I had so many laughs with Adrian - having known him since the late 80s. Riding the last 15 miles of a 95-mile day in France with him, telling silly jokes and still sprinting for town signs is my most vivid memory of many. Bless you mate - I look forward to catching up some time for that coffee. Rich xx
Mr Richard Grigsby
Adrian clearly touched so many people’s lives and will be hugely missed. His funeral was a lovely send off and Walcot Street and the Abbey so full of people, colour and flowers would have made him smile …….. Kim & Mark

We fell on our feet when we moved to Prospect. Such wonderful memories. Party in the paddock, safari suppers, amazing dinner parties, a weekend away and Annette in her denim cut offs in the pool, you doing a bit of chainsawing in the paddock and causing Box to lose all power! Lots of spoon playing, Walcot nation day BBQ for Thursday MENCAP, plus many more. We love you Adrian and were blessed to have met you. Much love xx

In loving memory of Adrian, who i have many happy memories of time spent together. Never forget you and Auntie Rita visiting Mum and you helping me with my home work and when it was marked it was wrong!! I remember the many chats we had when you had your sports wear / out door wear shop in Walcot Street. I would pop in and we would chat. Same as the times i saw you in and around Bath - you would always stop, give me a hug and we would chat and i will cherish those memories. Adrian you were always so kind to me. And i remember when i told you something a few years ago, and i got upset, you gave me such a massive hug and you said "Clare it will be ok". And when im struggling i think of your words. We have been privileged to have known Adrian ever since he was a teacher at Beechen Cliff School so many years ago. In more recent years, when we were in our garden, Adrian always found time to stop his van for a good natter. We would chat about our families, gardens and the state of the country. He was always cheerful and brought joy to our day. We will miss Adrian and will always think of him with great affection. Neil and Janet Reaich

I knew Adrian from our early years in Shakespeare Avenue. A true force and he'll be missed by his family and all that knew him. Jon Street
Mr Jonathan STREET
We enjoyed some lovely times with our girls and Niamh, playing in the paddock with Adrian and Annette. They both have worked so hard to help provide Niamh and Alice with the care and support they have needed. Adrian was the life and Soul of Prospect and our parties were the best fun. Playing our ukes during lockdown was brilliant. We will really miss Adrian and his huge, beaming grin and bumping into him most days on our street and around our village - putting the world to rights. During one of our last conversations he told us about his beautiful, new Grandson. He was so excited and proud and showed us a photo on his phone. Rest in peace, dear pal. Love and strength to Annette and the family. Clare and Paul. Xx
Mr and Mrs Paul Toghill
Myself, Walcot and Bath are all the poorer for not having Adrian in our futures
