Of Chippenham, sadly passed away on the 20th July 2023, aged 29 years.
Jordan will be dearly missed by all his family and many friends.
Everyone is welcomed to a service to celebrate Jordan's life at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington, on Monday 14th August 2023 at 1.15pm.
Please wear whatever feels right for you, just the way Jordan would want it.
