Of Corsham, passed away on the 26th September 2021, aged 75 years.
He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.
A Service to Celebrate Philip's Life will take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Thursday 14th October 2021 at 3.15pm.
